Refund policy

All my pieces are made to order, so we unfortunately cannot accept returns. However, if your print arrives damaged, we’ll gladly provide a replacement. Simply share photos or a video of the damage, as this will help us file an insurance claim with the shipping carrier. Please reach out to us at studio@lukasleibe.com, and we’ll assist you with the process.
