2020

Everything we lived through –
fear, anxiety,
loneliness, uncertainty.

The glove: caught between care and distance.
The crosses: people, not numbers.
They don’t mark an end – they mark a presence.

The dates:
torn, tangled.

The phrase
“We owe them our lives”
is not an exaggeration –
it’s gratitude.

This piece is a personal record.
A reminder that 2020 wasn’t just a year,
but a collective trauma.
And a heartfelt thank you.

A collage of maps, artwork, and calendar pages, overlaid with printed text and numbers.
